Is Halo the only franchise without the persecuted Girl Gamer nonsense?

I play Halo 4 every Friday with friends and copious amounts of liquor. Before Halo 4 we played League of legends and before that, Halo: Reach. And before that Monday Night Combat… Thing is, in all my gaming, I rarely –almost never–encounter the atmosphere of the persecuted girl gamer. Oh, I’ve been the persecuted noob, feeder, and betrayer. But that’s founded in my opinion. I can be inventive kinds of shitty1. Fortunately I’ve only have a few occasions where I needed to mute, report, or stop playing with someone for being overly sexist or blatantly racist. For an entire game

Serious question…

Is it polite or weird to trim up your lady parts before going to the doctor? If you show up for your doctor’s appointment, showered AND shaved is that weird? Or is it weird if you don’t take care to not acknowledge that  you’re having company over and  just leave any situations to their own devices? In my estimation it’s like cleaning up before the exterminator or plumber comes to your house. They don’t know you but you want to make a good, welcoming impression all the same. But it’s not so much like when you have friends over and

Space Invaders Wall Art (Tutorial)

8-bit Space Invaders wall art is nerdy, retro, minimalistic, and above all, EASY. Depending on your perspective and what you already have around, it could be cheap too. (apologies for the crappy photo quality; it’s hard to take pictures of metal…) I have the kind of family that gifts things like Home Depot gift cards as stocking stuffers. I don’t find this offensive or annoying at all. I prefer the miscellaneous gift cards to the Onion Saver, Lettuce Cutters, Wreath Hook, Outdoor Faucet Cover, et al. So sometimes I can stroll into Home Depot and buy that giant light bulb

What color is your favorite hoodie?

My favorite hoodie is bright red and from a place I’ve never been to in a country I’m not from… Sometimes Husband travels a lot for work. Mostly he goes to Canada. While Husband is away I get lonely and bored and require gifts as evidence of love and affection. Not jewels or precious metals. No, I requested “something cute” and got a small stuffed beaver with a Mountie hat. On his most recent trip I asked for a Canada hoodie! I had expected him home a few hours earlier so I’d already put on my makeup and had a few drinks

52 Pick-Up Week #2 | Bedlam (Image)

comiXology had the first issue of Bedlam (Image) for the low, low price of free. I’m a fan of supernatural stuff, and mayhem, and the BBC America import Bedlam so however they meant “Bedlam” I was willing. I didn’t read the blurb before I read Bedlam and I’m glad for that because I jumped in head first and my mind was blown. If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times

In Case of Survival | What’s The First Thing You Wash In The Shower?

In Case of Survival: What’s The First Thing You Wash In The Shower? One of the many frivolous things I wonder about when I’m wondering about post-apocalyptic life is hygiene. I’ve gone on at length about my lady parts, their mechanics, and how I plan to keep them baby free and satisfied. But recently I’ve been thinking about cleanliness. Well, recently is a lie. I think about cleanliness daily and lady-specific cleanliness almost every time I see women surviving the end of the world alongside men. The Monthly Mess is one thing and The Daily Funk is another. “The daily
